# Upload my 3D model to Snapchat
1. Select the 3D model you want from the My 3D Models tab.
2. Download the Snapchat file.
3. Download the[ Lens Studio](https://docs.snap.com/lens-studio/home) and upload files according to the guidelines.

When applying clothing mesh, change Mesh Pose to A-Pose.
